Good Grief
Executive Director

Good Grief is a nonprofit organization based Summit, NJ dedicated to helping children and teens cope with loss due to death by providing education, advocacy and year-round peer support groups. Visit our web site at www.good-grief.org.

We are seeking an executive director to oversee a staff of four people and a volunteer force of 70 people, to manage day-to-day operations and all financial aspects of the organization, and to further develop the program of grief support.  

The successful applicant will bring five-plus years of experience in nonprofit management and fundraising, an understanding of and insight about the grief process, a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with community leaders and a diverse board, and excellent communication skills.
